I am not sure about those bad reviews regarding the small room. I was a single guest, and I was informed that I would get a small room, but it was spacious for me. It would be spacious for 2 persons as well. I got a double bed, and the bathroom was just fine. There is no bad smell in the room as well. The only negative is that soundproof is bad. Very good location with friendly stuff. Definitely recommend it for the stay.
